This Is Me
If the second album marked the transition from dance into ballads, this is already a full-fledged ballad album. But still I'm delighted to own this as it harbours KJK's best song to date.
#1 Zezari Kôrym 8
This was one of the FTs but which one? Not a bad choice, in any case.
#2 Kynjôyi Namzaeke 7½
The biggest difficulty of understanding Korean is knowing the different meanings of all those endings. This one I'd translate as "To her man" but just as well I may be totally wrong.
#3 Sylphyn Zhukha 7
I should make a list of all the waltzes on my albums, in case I need them once again. It turned out to be a tough task to find them among the others when you need to.
#4 Sônmul 7
Songs about gifts tend to be the same as those about promises, generic ballads. However, this sounds familiar somehow. Maybe it was a FT?
#5 Happiness
16 seconds of funny sounds that could be the intro of #6. No wonder I thought I'd missed this over and over again.
#6 Sarangsyrôwo 8½
Wow, a happy song all of a sudden. Nice.
#7 Ziukê 6½
Not bad but not good either.
#8 Dream 7
This is the kind of music that's usually considered suitable for waking up but that's not entirely correct. What this works for is lying in the bed not having to get up, which damages its suitability for the former because it reminds you how nice it would be to stay in bed instead.
#9 Thojoil Pam 8
Disco! 'Saturday night' is a highly fitting title. Musically a bit disappointing, though.
#10 Pjôl, Param, Hêssal Kyriko Sarang 9
The best almost-ballad on the album. The name, however, puzzles me. 'Star, wind, sunshine and love', maybe that's supposed to be like Milk and Toast and Honey?
#11 One Night 10
Oh wonders. This was one of my biggest hits of 2005 and probably the most listened track as well. Discoy dance with an irresistible beat and high-pitched choir sections in tangled English.
#12 Zhinkueke 7½
More morning music.
#13 Papo Kathyn Na 6½
With just about anyone else singing these uninteresting ballads would receive a ½ less but the KJK factor is always a plus.
#14 Jônsyp 6½
Voidy speed-ballad. What a definition.
#15 Jôzônhi 6
Another waltz but not one I'd feel like dancing.
