Passion
Okay then, I guess I've heard this album like once... It's a very rare case as the highlight is a remix. For her fifth album, LJH has transformed into a latin queen. Let's hope that doesn't mean she'll end up in a privacy scandal.
#1 World (Intro)
Longer and more songlike than introes in general.
#2 Ttarahê Pwa 9
This has risen in my judgement. Someone said combining Korean traditions and latin rhythm doesn't work. I'd like to disagree.
#3 Pesame Muzhjo 8
It takes some imagination to realise the title is in Spanish. Suitably enough, she pronounces it just about according to my romanisation.
#4 Kôntylzima 9½
This original version is already very good but the remix in still the tops.
#5 A Midsummer Night Dream 8½
Begins with a sad guitar but speeds up later on. Reminds of BJY's Dash? Can't be a bad thing? I kinda like this, in fact. Let's take it onto the playlists.
#6 Katarjô (Interlude) 5
I think she's slightly overdoing the guitar thing. Boring. This is the length of an actual song, so maybe I should grade it? There.
#7 Domino 6½
Nothing really (matters) happens in this one, either.
#8 Escape 8½
If it wasn't for i, I would've probably completely ignored this. But I've learnt that it's actually quite ergonomic, after all. Doesn't really fit in with the latin theme, though.
#9 Urin Azik Saranghako Issta 8
Does this mean "we are still in love"? The direct translation would be "we(+top.) still/yet loving". Obviously, the album theme has been completely dumped by now. In a strange way, I seem to like this as well.
#10 Ilzangzhunmong 5½
I don't even try to translate this... I have run out of understanding at this point. And I mean musically.
#11 Moonlight 4
Perfect for floating in space. For listening at home, not.
#12 Tokpêk (Outro)
And even more sad guitaring.
#13 Ttarahê Pwa (Gazebal Trial Mix) 8
I wonder if they've tried to write "tribal" instead... Not a very interesting remix.
#14 Kôntylzima (Ez Life Trance Mix) 10
This, on the other hand, oh wow. So good. I think in some other review I mentioned this as LJH's fifth best song. That might be true.
