I'm not sure if I've ever listened to these in full. My initial impression was that there were too many ballads but we'll see. Some of the tracks are so little known that I'll have to hear them twice at least.

#1 The Last Dance 8

A lot like Da Buzz's latin fillers. Not the way I'd begin my album.

#2 Tomorrow 9

Not bad at all. I must take this onto my playlists. If the rest of the prescorned ballads are like this, I must change my conceptions.

#3 Vincerò 10

Brilliant. The parts are very different but fit together surprisingly well.

#4 For Your Broken Heart

Soo slooow... Being used to the better (=faster) version, this feels so drowsy. A beautiful song in any case.

#5 Why Do You Lie When You Say That You Love Me 9

Almost as great a title as Her Hand Had Come to Rest on That Very Book. The bridge contains some wonderful note jumps.

#6 Mi Amor

Then four unknown ones in a row, beginning with another DB filler. Blooh. Remind me not to record stuff like this, at least not without a healthy slice of humour on it.

#7 If You Say Always 7

I don't think I should. Oh, there's a woman. Just as well.

#8 You Will Never Break My Heart Again

Poor old sentimentalism.

#9 My Sad Goodbye

This seems to be a favourite phrase of his. I really got get the point of piling these ballads here in one heap. I quite can't get a hold of this. And it's even too long. Help!

#10 Fallen Angel 9

Oh saviour. The instrumental parts are strange but the rest of it is good enough.

#11 My Way

I can't remember this at all but still I seem to have given four stars. Let's see. Fairly decent. The chorus has some elements that would be really good but the rest of it isn't up to it.

#12 Per tuo triste cuor

Yee! FYBH redone in Vincero's style. Many other songs on this album would've benefitted from similar treatment.
